Flow Sensor Problem (Small Flow Not Used) Check whether there is leakage in pressure tank. If the air pressure is insufficient, please inflate according to the pressure value. The tap effluent is less than the intake. The valve in the intake pipe of the pump should be adjusted so as to achieve the basic balance of the intake and outflow flow flow of the pump. Inspection or replacement of pump body for leakage of high and low pressure zones (partition leakage). Leakage of pipes or faucets (check whether leakages occur in outlet pipes and faucets and solve them)

In this case, you should first check the seal of the pump. Before checking, you should first unplug the power plug, and plug the suction mouth with the hand. Make the pump filled with water. Use mouth to hold the outlet and blow air hard, then observe whether there’s any leakage in the pump head. The leakage is the place of seal damage.Common fault parts are suction pad, outlet pad, impeller cover pad. Those parts should be replaced while performing the maintenance. Check the inlet pipe for air leakage, such as air leakage, and clean up the leakage phenomenon The suction length is too high and the absorption tube is too long. The suction length should be adjusted to shorten the length of the suction tube If there is no full water phenomenon, mostly may because the impeller damaged. Water absorption room and outlet room between the water barrier eroded. Pump head water barrier grinding, impeller and pump shell clearance increases. You should replace the impeller and pump shell.When replacing impeller you should pay attention to thoroughly remove the residual copper blade in the pump, so as not to damage the new impeller again Motor speed is too low. Check whether the voltage is normal

Water level is lower than the pump suction head (lower pump installation height) The pressure of the outlet pipeline is lower than the closing pressure of the switch, so the switch cannot be completely disconnected (please ask professionals to appropriately lower the pressure value of the pressure switch: first cut off the power, remove the pressure switch cover, and slowly turn it in the "-" direction with a screwdriver until it reaches the appropriate position).
